The teachings and practices of the Aro gTér have made such a difference in my life, helping me become a better person. It’s really all about awareness and kindness. The effect of the teachings has increased since I became an ordained practitioner. This non-monastic practice is so well-suited to modern life. I look forward to the foundation of Drala Jong as a base for these teachings to be preserved and spread.
